Very Comfortable, Heavy Duty Construction, Excellent Customer Service!

Very happy with this chair and the whole shopping experience through Chairs at Work. The features this chair offers for this price can't be beat. The mechanism is very heavy duty and seems to be top quality. This chair is comfortable when used for 8+ hours of computer task work/day.
Shipping was prompt & best of all - included in the price!

The customer service was amazing, the prices were very good, and shipping was incredibly fast. I had a very positive experience, highly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Prior to placing the order, I had some questions regarding international shipping. I received an almost immediate reply, indicating that they would immediately look into it, and offered to call me to sort out any details. I specifically requested FedEX, and they were more than happy to oblige. I originally opted to pay duties, but for some reason FedEx asked for duties on delivery. After I mentioned this, they immediately apologized and posted a refund to my VISA. I did have some very specific requests, and required international shipping - they handled everything very professionally, and effectively - and when I did experience that minor problem on delivery, they immediately apologized and corrected it. This is a very good merchant, with excellent customer support, offers international shipping, and great prices.

Comfortable, Easy Adjustments!

I work A LOT of overtime and spend all day in my chair. I have used many different chairs and have never really found one that was just right for me. This chair is GREAT! It is very comfortable, and just as important, it is easy to adjust. I would recommend this chair to anyone that spends a lot of time at their desk. I am going to order another one for my home office.
